2. Gucci Horsebit Mid-heel Sandal
A Valentine gift designed to please, the Gucci mid-heel horsebit sandal is positively stunning. These beauties also feel as wonderful as they look. A gazillion bonus points for the exquisite packaging which takes the unboxing concept to the META-next level.
Cost: It was a gift so…
3. Iosifina Kosma’s Ceramic Chair
Iosifina Kosma‘s large scale ceramic pieces are hybrid crossovers between art and design, sculpture and pottery, artworks to admire and objects of daily use. This ceramic chair, reminiscent of the Cycladic figurines female forms, will instantly upgrade any space -whether interior or exterior- by one hundred.

4. Nyn Esti Restaurant
Located at the 4th floor of the National Museum of Contemporary Art, with front row views of the Acropolis of Athens and panoramic vistas of the city, Nyn Esti is a high end culinary venture engineered to succeed.

5. Officina Profumo Farmaceutica Gift Box
Another packaging delight, this gift box from Officina Profumo-Farmaceutica di Santa Maria Novella (the name alone makes you want to buy the entire product catalogue) is the textbook definition of retro elegance. With a history that dates back to 1221 (!) this Florentine pharmacy specialises in soap bars, perfumes, pomades and all things… well pharmacy. Visit the website at your own risk.
Cost: The gift confection is 6€ (& whatever you put inside it)
6. Tools Of Titans – Tim Ferriss
Officially the most capturing book I read in the past year (and there has been some serious competition), Tim Ferriss’s Tools of Titans is packed with life-upgrading advice and some fun stories as a bonus. The best part of it all? It is almost 700 pages!

Cost: Around 26€
7. The Morning Show – AppleTV
Three seasons late to the party for this one but caught up in a mere 10 days. It’s been a while since I enjoyed a TV series this much. The a-list cast of The Morning Show obviously helps but the full package (screenplay, production et all) is a work of art in its own right. Television as it should be & I can’t wait for Season 4.
Cost: AppleTV is $9.99 per month after a free 7-day trial
8. Ntylan Restaurant
This tiny new restaurant in Kypseli is proposing something novel: comfort food with a fine dining spin, at affordable prices. Thank you Ntylan, that’s interesting indeed (good luck with finding a table though)!
Cost: Dishes start at 5,5€

9. The Accidental Flower Vase
The Royal Pomegranates, The Royal Artefacts‘ auspicious good luck charms that normally only emerge during xmas time, apparently perform extremely well as nano-flower vases. This accidental discovery overjoyed everyone at the TRA team – brace yourselves for some exciting art de la table.
Cost: 15€ / 20€
10. Brene Brown’s Vulnerability TedX Talk
With over 64 million views on the Tedx site, Brené Brown‘s Vulnerability talk is one of the most watched in the history of the institution. Maybe worth 20 minutes of your time.
